1. What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

2. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at business@spoiledpets.ca. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior authorization.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. What is the European Union cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as our regular return policy. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

7. What are the exceptions to the return policy?

There are certain exceptions to our return policy. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
